The company provides a warranty for passenger car tires ensuring that there are no defects in workmanship or materials for a specified period from the manufacturing date. Claims for damages are only accepted if they are proven to be caused by manufacturing defects, not by improper use.
When a claim is made, compensation is determined based on the degree of tread wear using the "Remaining Tread Depth" measurement system. Customers are responsible for paying for mounting, balancing, and other service charges.
Claims will not be compensated for damages caused by:
- Improper use or storage.
- Tires used beyond their original tread life.
- Tires that have been repaired, retreaded, or reclaimed, and tubes or flaps that have been repaired.
- Damage from misalignment, wheel imbalance, defective brakes or absorbers, improper inflation, overloading, chemical or oil exposure, fire, tire chains, racing or competitive events, off-road use, accidents, or willful damage.
- Damage caused by road hazards.
- Any damage resulting from the buyer’s or user’s actions or omissions that do not comply with the manufacturer’s specifications or instructions.
