At Kandil Tires, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the tires are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Refund Process: Once the returned tires are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: Tires that have been mounted, used, or damaged after purchase cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
